About me: First HDTV, but I’m an electrical / software engineer and I have a high degree of technical competence, with low expectations. I micro-analysis, which TV to buy for too long. I have to CES in 2009 and 2010, and have all new TV sets come from the times (probably because they wait so long). This is the perception, from which this review was written.
I have this TV yesterday and saw that for most of the evening. Very good picture! I was given the LG55lh40 but in the opinion of the Samsung LN55B650 side by side with the LG at Best Buy, my wife and I realized that there was little competition. We had the best technology we buy, mess with the settings for about half an hour (starting with the self-calibration of LG), but just can not do that might be looking for the right than the Samsung too. I was pretty excited when I read many excellent reviews on LG and was a much lower price. Log in Amazon, I noticed the LN55C650 was on sale for $ 1620 (cheaper than last year’s B-series), but had no reviews, so I was a bit ‘nervous it was ok. Hindsight is 20/20 and I definitely made the right choice. The picture is very clear and has the eye-catcher that Samsung is famous.
My surround sound system will not be delivered until today, so I put on the built-in speaker last night. I was very happy with the sound, which can pump very impressed. I vary the sound of 25 to 50 (of 100) and was more than strong enough, and filled the space nicely. This is by no means comparable with a good sound system, but to any other TV I felt respect, is certainly up there in audio capabilities.
It seems wise, I think, B650 The look is much better than last year. I did not care for the touch of red on TV a whole. This model seems to be on a red background in the center, and add a really nice accents were not as strong as I felt last year. This is just a personal opinion.
Cons:
function 120Hz, complained much at heart LN55B650 have problems. The first thing I did when I had the TV The Dark Knight BD (1080p) on my PS3 has been seen with a V1. 3 HDMI Cat2. I thought something wrong with the TV because it was doing very strange things, clearly with the movement of funds, but after turning the 120Hz feature, the picture perfectly clear and I have not noticed any problems playing. I tried all different ways of 120Hz, and all had the same problem. That said, I refused again, and HDTV (720p, of course) and seems very clean, with the 120Hz. />
will update this when I have reserved all other issues.
